Product Principle
Operating Principle of Water - cooled Packaged Air Conditioning Unit


This air conditioning unit consists of two core components: an indoor main unit andan outdoor cooling tower, supporting two flexible matching modes. The first is a one-to-one matching between an indoor main unit and an outdoor cooling tower; thesecond allows a single outdoor cooling tower to drive multiple indoor main units,meeting the refrigeration needs of different scenarios.
The unit adopts a dual refrigeration cycle technology combining water cooling and aircooling, with the working process as follows: The compressor compresses therefrigerant and delivers it to the heat exchanger. Circulating water absorbs the heatof the refrigerant passing through the heat exchanger, and the heated circulatingwater is then pumped to the outdoor cooling tower for cooling, before flowing backto the heat exchanger of the indoor main unit to continuously participate in heatexchange. Meanwhile, the refrigerant in the heat exchanger flows into the evaporatorafter being throttled by the expansion valve, and conducts heat exchange with indoorair in the evaporator to achieve rapid air cooling. The cooled air is delivered to thetarget space by a high-power fan to complete the refrigeration operation, and theheat-absorbed refrigerant flows back to the compressor to initiate a new cycle.
The indoor main unit adopts an integrated design and does not require externalcopper pipes. This not only greatly simplifies the installation process, but alsofundamentally avoids energy consumption attenuation caused by copper pipeconnections, truly achieving instant cooling upon startup and quickly meeting the space cooling demand.
